SUMMARY:Camp Cryptid Part 2: Summer Slaycation
DESCRIPTION:King Confuza has spawned yet again and is ready to deliver a clutch of baby drag monsters live on stage! \n\n\n\nMeet the talented terrors from our most recent Camp Cryptid workshop – where nightmares become reality as participants create their very own drag monster persona and work on their first acts. Witness their gruesome graduation and come cheer along the next generation of monsters in Sheffield at The Showroom Workstation this June!  \n\n\n\nThey will also be joined by some truly terrifying up and coming monsters on the UK drag scene\, we can’t wait for you to meet them!   \n\n\n\nDoors 7.30pm \n\n\n\nShow Starts 8pm  \n\n\n\nEvent finishes approx 10.30pm \n\n\n\nThis is a seated event. Seating is in the form of individuals chairs with high backs. Seating is unassigned\, please seat yourselves upon entry.  \n\n\n\nTickets are on sale now! \n\n\n\nCast TBA\, please keep an eye on our socials for artist announcements! \n\n\n\nCamp Cryptid is a not for profit arts initiative ran by Cryptid Queers with the aim of growing a thriving drag monster community in Sheffield. All cast members are paid for their contribution to the show by way of a profit share and tip split after the running costs of the event are deducted. You can support future Camp Cryptid workshops by adding a donation on here to Camp Cryptid\, or by ordering some merch from our website. Merch orders fund things like free places and travel costs for people on low incomes to attend our workshops\, venue hire for our workshops and shows so our artists can receive the highest fees possible for their contribution to the show. Merch can be delivered UK wide or collected from our shows. We will also have merch for sale on the night.  \n\n\n\nThe Showroom Workstation is an accessible venue\, further information can be found on their website or feel free to contact us should you have any questions at all about accessibility. We do not use strobe lighting at our events.  \n\n\n\nWe offer tip add-ons from £1 to £25. This extra amount goes directly to our cast members on top of their fee to help increase their earnings for the night as this is a completely indie run event. Tickets are non-refundable\, however they are transferrable but we ask patrons to be aware of potential ticket resale scams. Please send me an email to cryptidqueerssheffield@gmail.com if someone is offering to resell you a ticket and you have any doubts as to its authenticity. \n\n\n\nThis event is 18+ only.  \n\n\n\nThis is a R.O.A.R event. This means we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone if we believe their presence will cause upset or danger to our regulars. If you have a history of violence\, abuse\, predatory behaviour\, or any form of aggression towards anyone but especially queer people\, femmes\, or anyone who is vulnerable you will be refused entry on the grounds that your presence would make my regulars feel unsafe. Your ticket will not be refunded as this is a non-refundable event. We are 100% committed to keeping this event a safe space.
