Full weekend tickets available.Members £7\, full £8\, on the door £9 \n\n\n\n“Resurrecting the good times – Cover of Dark are a five-piece band from Leeds\, playing the best of Goth and alternative 80s music.” \n\n\n\nBlack Rain exploded onto the scene with a sold out debut gig in March 2024\, quickly establishing a reputation as one of the hardest working post punk bands in the country. On the back of this debut we were asked to play with Auger and Spiritual Bat on the UK legs of their European tours. The subsequent 12 months saw the band rapidly become one of the most in-demand post punk bands in the country. With appearances at Corrosion Festival (Morecambe)\, Serial Bowl Records (Sunderland)\, NecroscopE (Coventry)\, Fulford Arms (York)\, Carpe Noctum (Leeds)\, Stripped (Gateshead) and Nightbreed (Newcastle). \n\n\n\nIn a world of bland manufactured noise\, Black Rain offers a stark\, unrelenting fresh take on the classic post-punk sound\, existing in the space between the aggressive raw energy of punk and the brooding dark intensity of goth. Our self-titled debut album\, released on July 14th\, has been met with critical acclaim. Baby Step Magazine (15/6) hailed it as “a brutal\, beautiful collision of ghostly atmospherics and razor-edged rage…channel the grit of their homeland and the fury of a world on edge. With a sound forged in isolation\, anger\, and unrelenting honesty\, Black Rain don’t want to fit in—they want to burn it all down.” Peek-A-Boo Magazine (12/06) further described it as “freshly-sharpened double-edged Post-Punk. Aggressive and unrelenting but with a fresh take on the classic sound …post-punk at its most fierce and unfiltered.”.

Reptile House have been a working band for nearly 9 years\, starting life as a Dark Side of the 80s cover band before developing into an original band as Souls of Misfortune. After a number of requests for the Souls to play Sisters sets\, Reptile House was formed towards the end of 2022. About one year and one girlfriend later Ginger visits Huddersfield and witnesses an excellent gig by a band called Sister Sludge – a Sisters covers band. They were drunk\, they were ropey but Ginger was impressed… The rest is history!\n\nCover of Dark are a Leeds based covers band specialising in Goth and Alternative 80’s hits.Playing the best of Goth by the likes of Bauhaus\, The Cure and The Cult\, All About Eve\, The Fields of the Nephilim\, Siouxsie and the Banshees\, The Mission and more. DESCRIPTION:SHEEP ON DRUGS BIOGRAPHY: \n\n\n\nMocking pop culture and sneering at authority\, the U.K. duo Sheep on Drugs began with the credo “sex is death\, drugs are for sheep\, buy the product.” Formed in 1990 by vocalist Duncan X (aka King Duncan) and multi-instrumentalist Dead Lee (aka Lee 303)\, Sheep on Drugs combined sleazy rock and trashy techno and released their first single\, “Catch 22\,” a year later. A grotesque cabaret-styled live show supported the release\, and soon aggressive dancefloor singles like “Motorbike” and “15 Minutes of Fame” and “Track X” (later covered by Grace Jones as “Sex Drive”) All industrial and Ebm club favorites. They made their full-length debut in 1993 with ‘Greatest Hits’ on the Island label! \n\n\n\nLater the duo formed its own label\, Drug Squad\, which released the EPs Suck and Strapped for Cash\, both in 1995. Martin Atkins’ Invisible label would compile the EPs in 1996 as Double Trouble. A year later the new album One for the Money appeared on Invisible\, but Duncan exited the band soon after the release. Lee experimented with the side project Bagman while a remix album (1997’s Never mind the Methadone) and a live album (1998’s Two for the Show) kept the Sheep on Drugs machine rolling. Duncan had become a famous tattoo artist in London by now\, so when Lee contacted him for a reunion\, Duncan agreed to contribute\, but he was unable to join full-time. F**k from 2005 was the next release and it worked in more of the dance music Lee had been experimenting with in his Bagman project. \n\n\n\nThroughout the years they released several more albums and EP’s\, check out their Bandcamp for their impressive back catalogue! \n\n\n\nThese days the line up consists of original member Lee Fraser and Johnny Borden (Computers/Guitar/Keyboards/Vocals) & (Keyboards/Vocals) respectively. \n\n\n\nFrontman Lee Fraser has an re-invigorated energy and emphasises “Sheep On Drugs were 30 years ahead of their time.
