DESCRIPTION:It’s getting thot in here.. so put on all black clothes! \n\n\n\nWe are back and even bigger and better than ever! \n\n\n\nSpecial Guest co-host Gilly Woo! \n\n\n\nGuest DJs! \n\n\n\nThis time around we are offering club only entry tickets from Midnight so if drag isn’t your thing you can still come and dance to our incredible guest DJs once the final floor show ends\, come and enjoy this party like no other in town for a reduced price compared to full entry! \n\n\n\nWe are also spotlighting rising monster talent from Sheffield and beyond alongside our seasoned cast of some of the most exciting monsters the U.K. has to offer! \n\n\n\nSheffield’s best\, weirdest\, (and only) drag monster cabaret King Confuza’s Cryptid Queers returns to Bal Fashions on July 15th with guest DJ’s playing a heady mix of classic and contemporary cyber goth floor fillers in the main room til 3am with two killer floor shows of some of the best alt drag around with alternative 80s\, trad goth\, and post-punk in the bar. \n\n\n\nCast TBA \n\n\n\nDoors 9pm \n\n\n\nTwo killer floorshows \n\n\n\nDJ’s all night \n\n\n\nEvent finishes 3am \n\n\n\nClub only entry – venue access from Midnight. Main room access from after the final floor show finishes approx 12.20am \n\n\n\nLimited tickets for low and unwaged patrons \n\n\n\nThis is a standing event with a very limited amount of seating which will be allocated to those who need it on first come first served basis. I can no longer reserve seats in advance but we will do our best to make sure anyone who needs a seat on the night has one. \n\n\n\nThis is a queer event but it’s open to anyone outside of the LQBTQIA+ community if you feel like it’s going to be your kind of vibe. All are welcome to come and party as long as you’re respectful of people being their authentic queer selves in a gender neutral venue! \n\n\n\nDress Code – \n\n\n\nNo actual dress code is enforced – be fierce\, be comfy\, be yourselves! However you’re encouraged to wear goth\, cyber\, rave\, kawaii\, fetish\, latex\, leather/pleather\, lace etc. No one will be refused entry on the basis of how they are dressed but in order to keep it a safe space the doorman may check any ‘plain clothes’ patrons have a ticket before allowing them into the venue. \n\n\n\nAdvanced tickets only\, we do not offer tickets on the door. Tickets on sale til 1 hour before the event finishes for anyone needing last minute entry. \n\n\n\nEarly bird discount tickets on sale very soon! Limited availability! \n\n\n\nWe also offer a ‘plus tips’ ticket\, this extra amount goes directly to our guest performers and DJ’s on top of their fee to help increase their earnings for the night as this is a small indie run event. \n\n\n\nIf you have any music requests drop them in the discussion on the Facebook event page! \n\n\n\nApologies but Bal Fashions is not a wheelchair accessible venue. There is a disabled toilet at ground level in the bar. The main room is only accessible via stairs. This means we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone if we believe their presence will cause upset or danger to our regulars. If you have a history of violence\, abuse\, predatory behaviour\, or any form of aggression towards anyone but especially queer people\, femmes\, or anyone who is vulnerable you will be refused entry on the grounds that your presence would make my regulars feel unsafe.
