SUMMARY:Cryptid Queers
DESCRIPTION:Cryptid Queers is back for our first party of 2026! \n\n\n\nJoin us on Saturday May 16th as we return to FORGE Warehouse with a night of standout monster drag\, headlined by none other than Psyclone Jack – one of the UK’s premiere alt entertainers and master shapeshifter. Hosted by King Confuza and with a full cast still to be announced\, featuring as always a mix of established\, rising talents\, and brand new monsters. \n\n\n\nThe night also serves as a fundraiser for our Drag Monster Festival\, an all-day celebration of monster drag taking over FORGE Warehouse on August 8th. \n\n\n\nAlongside the performances\, our alternative market returns with a curated mix of alt and queer traders – familiar favourites and new faces alike. When the stage goes dark\, the night continues across two rooms of music until 3am\, with our resident DJs delivering queer bangers\, industrial\, and metal to keep the dancefloor moving. \n\n\n\nDoors 9pm \n\n\n\nFirst Floorshow 10PM \n\n\n\nSecond Floorshow 11.30PM \n\n\n\nRoom One – Industrial\, EBM\, Techno\, Dark Electro\, Uplifting Queer Anthems with resident DJ’s Gilly Woo and Kohl \n\n\n\nRoom Two – Metal\, Nu Metal\, Alternative\, Rock\, Goth with resident DJ L8N \n\n\n\nDJ’s all night (in order to minimise sound bleed room 2 will close during both drag shows) \n\n\n\nEvent finishes 3amTicket presale ends Saturday 16th May at Noon. Tickets will be on sale on the door at £30 cash preferred   \n\n\n\nAfter Party tickets available for entry after Midnight so if drag isn’t your thing you can still come and party with us and enjoy two rooms of alternative floor fillers. \n\n\n\nCryptid Queers offers a friendly\, welcoming\, and inclusive atmosphere that delivers a queer and goth safer space with a unique party and some of the most thrilling alternative entertainers around. \n\n\n\nConcessions tickets available for low and unwaged party goers but these are limited. We do not require proof of status on the night or at the time of booking.  \n\n\n\nShow and After party tickets get you entry to the entire event. After Party only tickets get you access to FORGE from Midnight until the event finishes at 3am.  \n\n\n\nThis is a standing event with seating available for anyone who needs it\, this can be reserved free of charge for patrons with disabilities or health concerns via a free disabled seating ticket (you will also need to purchase and Show and After Party ticket). \n\n\n\nThis is a queer event but it’s open to anyone outside of the LQBTQIA+ community if you feel like it’s going to be your kind of vibe. All are welcome to come and party as long as you’re respectful of people being their authentic queer selves in a gender neutral venue! \n\n\n\nDress Code  \n\n\n\nNo actual dress code is enforced – be fierce\, be comfy\, be yourselves! However you’re encouraged to wear goth\, metal\, alternative\, cyber\, rave\, kawaii\, fetish\, latex\, leather/pleather\, lace etc. No one will be refused entry on the basis of how they are dressed. \n\n\n\nAccessibility  \n\n\n\nFORGE is an accessible venue with step free access throughout. Seating is available free of charge for anyone with disabilities or health concerns and is located at the front in the form of benches. There are also wheelchair spaces on the night\, these do not need to be reserved ahead of time. FORGE has accessible toilets. There is a Welfare Area located near the entrance which can also be used as a quiet space. Please be aware that the courtyard has cobbled areas\, and the floor in Room Two/The Workroom is mostly cobbled.  \n\n\n\nIf you have any accessibility concerns or queries please get in touch. On the night if you need any assistance please find either one of our stage managers (Terra Belle and Isa) or one of the FORGE staff who will be more than happy to assist you.  \n\n\n\nCloakroom  \n\n\n\nFORGE no longer operates a cloakroom as this has been replaced by lockers located in the main room which can be purchased in advance via the FORGE website and selecting the relevant event and date. They can also be purchased on the night. Payment is taken digitally via the website or app. \n\n\n\nAdvanced tickets recommended  – we do offer tickets on the door at £30 either cash or card. Tickets are on sale until noon on the day of the event\, this is the last time tickets are available at discounted rates.  \n\n\n\nWe offer tip add-ons from £1 to £25. This extra amount goes directly to our guest performers on top of their fee to help increase their earnings for the night as this is a completely indie run event. If you are unable to make the event but would like to offer your support to our fantastic artists please feel free to tip us \n\n\n\nDonations go towards the running costs of the event which currently receives no funding and is ran not for profit. Tickets are non-refundable\, however they are transferrable but we ask patrons to be aware of potential ticket resale scams. ID may be required on entry but does not need to match the name on your ticket as this is a trans friendly event and we don’t care about government names\, only that you are over 18. \n\n\n\nCryptid Queers is a R.O.A.R event. This means we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone if we believe their presence will cause upset or danger to our regulars. If you have a history of violence\, abuse\, predatory behaviour\, or any form of aggression towards anyone but especially queer people\, femmes\, or anyone who is vulnerable you will be refused entry on the grounds that your presence would make my regulars feel unsafe. Your ticket will not be refunded as this is a non-refundable event. We are 100% committed to keeping this event a safe space.
