SUMMARY:Ashbury Heights + Ghostbells + Promenade Cinema
DESCRIPTION:Ashbury Heights are a synthpop duo from Sweden consisting of the dynamic singer/producer/songwriter team of Anders Hagström and Tea F. Thimé. \n\n\n\nOriginally\, the duo consisted of Anders Hagström and Yasmine Uhlin. However\, she announced her surprise departure from the band in Hamburg at the last concert of the Out Of line festival tour 2008. \n\n\n\nAnders and Yazmine met in November 2005 and\, upon discovering that they shared the same musical vision\, decided to form a band. Their collaboration soon came to fruition with the release of a 9 track demo entitled “Angora Overdrive” after a very intensive month in the studio. \n\n\n\nThe second four track demo\, “Parliament of Rooks”\, which was finished in February 2006\, had a more refined sound compared to their first offering. They decided to send it to a few select labels because the reaction they got to the first demo was quite overwhelming. Having sent the demos on Monday\, Ashbury Heights was contacted and contracted by German Out of Line records on Wednesday\, only an hour after the label had received the CD. This probably makes Ashbury Heights one of the fastest signings in history. Several other labels expressed an interest in the band\, but there was no bidding war as Out of Line moved so quickly. \n\n\n\nAlthough having signed the famous German act “And One” at about the same time as Ashbury Heights\, which ate a lot of the labels’ resources\, Out of Line wasted no time. The legendary producer John Fryer was brought on board to produce the promotional single “Cry Havoc” in April 2006\, something quite unheard of in the world of the electronic underground. Very few bands in the synth-genre get to release promo-CDs (if any)\, and certainly no other band in modern synth-history has released a promo-CD produced by a celebrity of the likes of Fryer. \n\n\n\nJohn Fryer would eventually mix their first album “Three cheers for the newlydeads”. Released in october 2007\, the debut album was recieved with overwhelming optimism from press and audience alike proving once and for all that Ashbury Heights truly is a force to be reckoned with. \n\n\n\nIn 2008 Ashbury Heights returned with the “Morningstar in a Black Car” EP\, containing five new songs and four remixes. The EP received good reviews and helped keep up interest for the band. A video was made for the track “Spiders”\, a low budget affair which nevertheless managed to project some of the bands unique flair. \n\n\n\nAshbury Heights\, with brand-new female vocalist Kari Berg\, released their new album ‘Take Cair paramour’ on the 2nd of july 2010. In 2010\, following a long running dispute between Hagström and the record label Out Of Line the band disbanded. This dispute was settled in 2011\, whereupon Hagstöm and Out of Line renewed their collaboration. However\, it took until 2013 for Hagström to find a new singer. The new singer is Tea F. Thimé\, the first female to co-write lyrics for Ashbury Heights. The band are excited to announce their first ever UK Tour which coincides with their 20th Anniversary\, so this eagerly awaited UK tour is set to be very special indeed! \n\n\n\nOfficial Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/ashbury.heightsOfficial Tumblr: http://ashburyheightsofficial.tumblr.com/Official Twitter: https://twitter.com/ashburyheights

SUMMARY:Male Tears + Death Drive + Strange Futures
DESCRIPTION:Male Tears (US) is a Los Angeles-based three-piece weirdo-pop and dark synth project led by singer-songwriter James Edward. Formed in the aftermath of the pandemic\, the band has quickly become a standout name in the modern darkwave and synth-pop underground\, known for blending camp aesthetics\, sharp emotional flair\, and dance-floor melancholy. \n\n\n\nThe group first gained attention with their 2021 self-titled debut album\, now considered a cult favorite for its fusion of glittery synth-pop nostalgia and melodramatic\, tongue-in-cheek songwriting. They followed with Trauma Club (2021) and KRYPT (2023)\, a deeper dive into shadowy club textures and romantic gloom that solidified their position within the alternative electronic scene. \n\n\n\nTheir latest full-length\, Paradísco (2024)\, marks a bold turn toward italo-disco\, hi-NRG\, and neon-soaked pop maximalism. Bursting with energy\, hooks\, and theatrical flair\, Paradísco showcases Male Tears at their most confident and expansive. \n\n\n\nMale Tears is currently preparing their new studio album\, set for release in 2026 on Artoffact Records\, with the first single landing in early 2026. The upcoming era promises a further evolution of their hybrid of darkwave\, synth-pop\, and camp-infused performance art. \n\n\n\nOnstage\, Male Tears deliver highly stylized\, emotionally charged shows with striking visuals\, bold makeup\, and infectious energy – an experience that resonates across goth\, queer\, synth\, and alternative music communities.

DESCRIPTION:Manchester’s IST IST return with their fifth studio album ‘DAGGER’ – the follow-up to 2024’s ‘Light A Bigger Fire’ which charted at number 25 in the UK\, breaking them into the Top 40 for the first time. \n\n\n\nOnce again collaborating with producer Joseph Cross (Hurts\, Lana Del Rey\, Courteeners) the record finds the band returning to their electronic-infused post-punk roots after making a leap into more mainstream sensibilities last time out. \n\n\n\nOver their decade as a band so far\, IST IST have forged a formidable reputation on word of mouth excitement\, amassing a dedicated cult following in the process. Self-releasing their entire repertoire through their own Kind Violence Records label\, the band’s output has been championed by BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6Music\, Radio X\, XS Manchester\, KINK FM in the Netherlands\, The Times and more. \n\n\n\nRiding the success of the last record into 2025\, IST IST returned to Europe for further dates and subsequently released two live albums ‘ON FIRE’ and ‘Live in Italy’. \n\n\n\nThe band head back to Europe again in October for six shows in Italy and the Netherlands\, before playing UK for shows in Leeds\, Glasgow\, London and Birmingham to conclude the year. SUMMARY:Twin Tribes + Denuit
DESCRIPTION:Twin Tribes was formed in 2017 in Brownsville\, Texas\, a border town with a unique cultural blend that subtly influences their music. Luis Navarro and Joel Niño Jr. bonded over their shared love of post-punk and darkwave\, deciding to create music that paid homage to the brooding\, atmospheric sounds of the 1980s while adding their own modern twist. Despite coming from a region not typically associated with the goth or darkwave scene\, they carved out a niche and quickly gained recognition within underground circles. \n\n\n\nTheir DIY approach played a crucial role in their early success. They self-released their debut album\, Shadows (2018)\, which received praise for its haunting melodies and moody synth-driven sound. With songs like “Shadows” and “Tower of Glass”\, the album established their signature style—brooding yet energetic\, nostalgic yet fresh. Their sophomore release\, Ceremony (2019)\, expanded on this foundation\, featuring tracks like “Heart & Feather” and “Fantasmas\,” which further explored themes of love\, loss\, and mysticism.

SUMMARY:Kontravoid + NUXX
DESCRIPTION:Presented by Club.The.Mammoth. & Night Terrors \n\n\n\nSupport from NUXX \n\n\n\nKontravoid’s masked mystique has remained for over a decade. Ever since the release of his self-titled LP in 2012\, the Canadian-born\, Los Angeles-based Cameron Findlay has perfected dark pop with his oeuvre that teeters between the EBM\, electro and goth genres. His productions\, such as 2019’s “Too Deep” and 2021’s “Faceless\,” dive to the most derelict corners of foggy\, strobe-lit clubs: there is no choice but to dance. But there is an uncanny softness and obvious songwriting ability to compose heart-wrenching songs that are both captivating and drenched in melancholy—2018’s “Undone” has been a fan favorite since it came out on Berlin’s Fleisch Records. Onstage\, Kontravoid demands the audience’s attention with his powerful performance that balances his specific concoction of harsh beats with his signature bass line rhythmic patterns. He’s toured alongside Boy Harsher\, ADULT.\, Drab Majesty and Hide\, and has remixed the likes of Schwefelgelb and Kris Baha. Truly a man of the shadows\, Kontravoid is an unparalleled fixture in the dark electronic arena.

SUMMARY:Corpus Delicti + The Sick Man Of Europe + Das Fluff
DESCRIPTION:Formed in Nice in 1992\, Corpus Delicti quickly made their mark on gothic rock with their debut Twilight (1993)\, followed by two more genre-defining albums before disbanding in 1997. Their fusion of post-punk energy and dark melody earned international acclaim\, a US tour\, and a lasting cult following. \n\n\n\nOver two decades later\, their reputation has only grown: reissues on Cleopatra Records\, praise from Postpunk.com\, Ascension\, and Sens Critique (which lists them among the 35 must-have gothic rock bands alongside Bauhaus\, The Cure\, and Joy Division)\, and a dedicated global fanbase keeping their legacy alive. \n\n\n\nReuniting in 2022 with drummer Laurent Tamagno (ex-M83)\, the band returned triumphantly with sold-out shows across Europe\, Mexico\, and major festivals\, drawing thousands of fans. Their streaming numbers now exceed 2 million plays per year. \n\n\n\nAfter nearly 30 years\, Corpus Delicti are creating new music again. Their comeback single Chaos (2023)\, produced by William Faith\, proved they’ve lost none of their power\, followed by A Fairy Lie (2024) and a Latin American tour. \n\n\n\nNow\, the band enters a new chapter with Liminal\, a record both dark and luminous\, vibrant and urgent\, set for release in November 2025. The first single\, Room 36\, unveils a haunting and powerful atmosphere\, elevated by a collaboration with contemporary artist Jean-Luc Verna\, who provides the striking album artwork and features in the video\, blurring the lines between gothic music and avant-garde art.
