The Danse Society will be performing a special, FREE entry warm-up gig in Bridlington, ahead of the band’s run of UK/EU dates this Autumn!
The Gothy, Post-Punk “Godfathers” originally formed in 1980, with success in the Indie Charts, and tours with the likes of Killing Joke, and The Cure!
The band reformed in 2011, with a fresh lease of life with new vocalist Maethelyiah, and have gone one to release a number albums, with some of the best musicians Scarborough has to offer, now in their ranks!

They’re joined by local Post-Punk/Darkwave trio Preventer, who’ll finally be making their debut Bridlington appearance, alongside talented Post-Rock youngsters, The Limeys .
They’ll be live at The Stirling Castle, on Friday 5th September. Be there for 8pm, entry is FREE. Ages 16+ (accompanied by an Adult)
