Jan Doyle Band + The Webb + Dead Happy

Finally we can announce the full line up for our event at Sidney & Matilda on the 14th June.
We had already announced it’s a long long overdue return of The Webb whose fantastic stage presence and overal popular madness almost certainly goes without saying. They were due to return with the HRH Punk event but with the o2 closed down due to congrete issues that obviously never happened.
Jan Doyle Band plan to make the evening all about them obviously with it being the birthday of The Futurist (And indeed it is he who is behind Night Shift events and posting this now in matter where he pretends it isn’t). So that’s something to shout about. Probably.
But most importantly right now we can announce that the utterly incredible experience that is Dead Happy will finally return to Sheffield. Their bizarre industrial metal disco is absolutely unique and is almost impossible to describe but trust us it is absolutely astoundingly good. They did play our festival a couple of years ago to great appreciation but due to certain reasons they weren’t quite able to play as long as they normally do which we hope to correct this time. They’re not long back from having taken Japan by storm too so perhaps we will see a bit of that influence rubbing off.
But anyway we’re so damn excited to have them back as there’s nothing else like them on the planet.
OH AND IF THAT WASN’T ENOUGH
We’ve got DJ Orpheus down all the way from Whitby to delight your ears with some fantastic Goth music and such like! Having experience the delights of his DJ work at Crafty Cove last year we feel this is quite the coup to have his handywork involved. He’ll keep us going long after the live music has stopped (and between the bands most likely).
