New Model Army - "Unbroken" Album & Tour 2024
We’re happy to announce that our 16th studio album ‘Unbroken’ will be released on 26th January 2024, accompanied by a first tour of Europe (including the UK).
We started writing the album in 2021 against a backdrop of everything that is happening in a fast-changing world and in our own lives, but of course the process was interrupted by the much delayed 40th Anniversary tour and the whole Sinfonia project. We decided early on that our number one choice to mix the album would be the legendary Tchad Blake who accepted, […]
Founded at the end of 2016 by three DJ’s Rue Oberkampf combines 80s ecstasy with the atmosphere of fog-shrouded, strobe-lit dance temples of the techno era. The combination of urban electronic music’s gritty drive with Julia’s French-German vocals reminds some critics of a more forceful version of Deux or Kirlian Camera: yet at the same time it creates something entirely original. See their performance, know your religion….theirs is a transformative experience. They embody ecstasy, the transcendence of societal boundaries, and a dark longing for the here and now. Their concerts are magical ceremonies that electrify the masses.Rue Oberkampf now performs […]
The Tales of Witchcraft & Wonder events were established in 2016 by Gloucestershire band Inkubus Sukkubus as a way of celebrating the dark folklore and customs of Great Britain. They have variously been held in specially-chosen historic venues – such as Blackfriars Priory; St Briavels Castle; The Barn at The Fleece, Bretforton; and The Folk of Gloucester. In 2024, the band is celebrating its 35th Anniversary, and so they've chosen the magical surroundings of May Hill in the Forest of Dean to mark the occasion (the Gloucestershire 'witches' hill' with the distinctive clump of trees on top). Weekend tickets include […]

1919 SHORT BIOGRAPHY:
Cult post-punks 1919 remain “head and shoulders above” the rest.
A pioneering goth band through singles such as “Cry Wolf”, their Machine LP, and two Peel sessions in the early ‘80s, 1919 returned after a 30-year hiatus to release 2017’s critically-acclaimed Bloodline LP (Westworld) and 2019’s Futurecide (Cleopatra). The band emerged from quarantine in 2021 with their fourth studio album, welcoming new bass player Ding Archer (PJ Harvey, The Pixies, The Fall) to the fold, and following vocalist Rio Goldhammer’s bid to become Mayor of West Yorkshire (NME). Citizens of Nowhere (Manic Depression) saw the band labelled […]
