Welcome to The Goth Calendar, an attempt to help people find which Goth gigs and club nights are happening in our busy busy times.

Hopefully this will help you find when your favourite goth band is playing next, or when your favourite goth club is next happening, providing someone has submitted it of course!

Is something missing? Then go submit it!

Gothbox: DJ Night

Castle Tavern, Luton 1 Castle Street, Luton

We're finally back for our first night of 2025, with what's likely to be a brilliant DJ lineup. Proxy23 and Yamon are the insufferable pair who made our impromptu Pot Luck DJ night into one of our most enjoyable nights, and CyberCheetah is back up from London for his 3rd night, bringing his inexhaustible supply of energy with him to our dance floor!

Gothbox: Non-Bio + Leevil + Junkie Kut

George 2nd, Luton 70 Bute Street, Luton

Our first night in the second venue, the George II.

We're coming in swinging with 3 bands and 4 DJs, likely a chaotic mess of a night.

We've got Non-Bio, Leevil and Junkie Kut starting us off from 7pm to 10pm, each with their own special brand of electro-gothic nonsense.

We've then got our DJs, including ZackGeko and Industrial Warrior who'll be DJing together, to bring us up to our 1am closing time.

Join us in showing that smaller venues also have value and can put on spectacular shows. If we can do it, anyone can.

Lene Lovich + The Gospel

Esquires Bedford 60A Bromham Road, Bedford, United Kingdom

STIGMATA PRESENTS

LENE LOVICH Toy Box 2025 UK Tour

Detroit-born legendary post-punk pop singer Lene Lovich hit the top of the UK charts with her single “Lucky Number” in 1979, and was crowned the “Queen of Quirk”, influencing a generation of pop and alternative acts, from Nina Hagen to Boy George, and from Madonna to Dresden Dolls. A normally reclusive figure, Lovich turned her back on the limelight after her third album No Man’s Land was released in 1982 amid disagreements with her record company about her unwillingness to compromise her groundbreaking visual style for the then newly emergent MTV. We've got the full range of musical delights to whet your eardrums, get your requests in and we'll even try to accommodate those! It'll be a night full of trad gothic wonders, EBM stompy joy, noize, darkwave, and little sprinklings of other delights.

Gothbox: Bein-E + Attrition + Cyph_on

Castle Tavern, Luton 1 Castle Street, Luton

We're returning with force to the Castle, with three bands for another brilliant alternative night.

The unspeakable Beinaheleidenschaftsgegenstand bring a dark, ambient introduction to our night with their surreal and artistic works.

We follow that with the more upbeat gothic rhythms of Attrition, who's melodic and percussive masterpieces paint stark pictures with dark fixtures.

With the energy built up, we've also got our old friends at Cyph_On, who got their start performing live with us, with their hard hitting and rage fuelled blend of metal, industrial and punk, raising the fundamental problems of the world with their lyrics.

Once the […]

Gothbox: Inertia + The Spiritual Bat + Into The Dark

Castle Tavern, Luton 1 Castle Street, Luton

We've prepared an absolute banger of a night with this one. Inertia, The Spiritual Bat, and Into the Dark offer three very different, yet exceptional takes on what constitutes gothic music.

Inertia, going strong for 33 years, joins dark vocals with rhythmic synths, and at this point in their career, doesn't really need the introduction in the first place.

The Spiritual Bat is just as old as Inertia, bring a far more traditional goth vibe to the stage. They're just as well known, having risen out of Italy, they've since travelled all over the western world.

Finally, Into the Dark, […]
