From the ashes of Spiritual Bats (plural) founded in 1992, which in turn was spawned by visual arts group I Pittori Alchimisti (Alchemist Painters, est.1976), The Spiritual Bat fluctuates somewhere between old-school goth and postpunk, darkwave and psychedelic deathrock, with their own, unique blend of sounds, with Rosetta's witchy vocals and Dario's mighty, distorted guitars, The Spiritual Bat boasts participation in several prestigious events and festivals in Europe and the USA.
