The original “Gearbox” was a club night held in an offshoot room of the legendary Mayfair Rock Club (Newcastle Upon Tyne) throughout the 1980s. We bring back those glory days playing all the same “alternative” classics that original DJ/promoter Tony Fiddes played …Bands such as The Cramps, Bauhaus, Cure, Sisters of Mercy, New Model Army, B52s, Gene Loves Jezebel, Blondie, The Cult, Clash, Killing Joke, Bowie, Gary Numan, Joy Division, Smiths, Specimen, Pixies, Dead Kennedys, The Mission, Wonder Stuff, Damned, Virgin Prunes and many many more !!!
