The Black Rose Ball will return on Saturday 9 September this year. It will take place in the gorgeous chapel in the Victorian Cemetery in York. A rare opportunity to dance in the chapel, promenade along the cemetery paths after the gates have been locked to the public, join some spooky ghost tours, and much more...

A co-headline evening presenting the finest in dark, powerful, ethereal beauty. The bleak, sinister, melancholy of Jayn Maiven's DARKHER crosses boundaries and genres, captivating audiences with aural spells and other-wordly imagery. Sweden's Erik Gardefors weaves a similar magic with GRIFT, bleak, atmospheric black metal drifting seamlessly into folk and forest compositions.
To have these two acts together represents a rare and wonderful opportunity, and this promises to be an emotionally exhausting experience.
